The 2025-26 UnionCountyHoops.com's Coach of the Year is Marvin Ridge’s Patrick McCarthy. Coach McCarthy led the Mavericks to their best season in Marvin Ridge school history finishing with a 22-6 record overall and 10-2 in the SCC into the Elite-8. Congrats Coach McCarthy!

The 2025-26 UnionCountyHoops.com's Girls Coach of the Year is Forest Hills Coach Brandon Rains. Rains was named Rocky River Coach of the Year while leading the Yellow Jackets to a 24-5 record, a Rocky River title, Rocky River Tournament Title and all they way to the Final-4 for the 2nd time in school history. Congrats Coach Rains!!!
