Freshman 2022-23:

Appeared in 30 games as a freshman. Make his collegiate debut vs. Wingate (11/11/22). Averaged 5.5 points. Scored season high 18 vs. Erskine. Scored double digits in 6 games as a freshman. Connected on 4-of-8 on 3-pointers vs. Southern Wesleyan. Hit 4 3’s vs. Erskin.

Senior 2021-22

Helped the Warriors to a 31-0 record and 4A state championship. He was named All-UChoops 1st Team, All-SCC, 3rd Team All-State, 1st Team All-District/MOP of State Title Game. Named UCHoops Player of the Week 4 times. Joined the 1000-point club in playoff win over Olympic.

Scored double digits in 27 of 31 games for Weddington Kyle will go on to continue his basketball career at Belmont-Abbey.

Junior 2020-21

Scored double digits in 13 of 18 games for Weddington. Helped the Warriors to an 18-0 record and 3A state championship. He was named All-UChoops 2nd Team & All-SCC. Scored 12 points in the state title game.

Sophomore 2019-20

He was named All-UChoops 2nd Team & All-SCC

Kyle scored a season high 24 points vs. Cox Mill. Put up 19 points and 11 boards in playoff win over Statesville. Kyle helped lead the Warriors to a 22-8 record, 13-1 in the SCC and reached the Elite-8.

Freshman 2018-19

3.9 ppg/2.5 rpg Scored a season high of 10 points in win over Piedmont. Kyle helped lead the Warriors to a 16-12 record, 9-5 in the SCC and reached the 2nd round of the state playoffs.
